When the Company sends you an order shipment confirmation email, it shall be deemed that the order has been officially accepted, and the sales contract between you and the Company has been formally established. The subject matter of the contract shall be limited to the products listed in the shipment confirmation email.
The Company reserves the right to refuse to accept any order for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- The products you ordered are out of stock, withdrawn from sale due to failure to meet our quality standards, or all/part of the ordered products are subject to shipping restrictions;
- Errors are found in product pricing or description information;

5. Delivery and Signing
After you place an order on the website, you will receive a notification of the estimated delivery time. The Company will endeavor to complete delivery within the estimated time, but does not guarantee the delivery timeliness.
All ordered products are insured by the Company during transportation until the completion of delivery or rejection of the goods.
When signing for the goods, you are required to sign the delivery confirmation form. Upon signing, the responsibility for the custody of the goods will be transferred to you. If the goods are signed for by a person other than the original purchaser (e.g., a gift recipient), such signing shall be deemed as your acknowledgment, indicating that the Company has fulfilled its delivery obligations and the relevant responsibilities have been transferred accordingly.

6. Return Policy
To enhance your online shopping experience, the Company offers a no-reason return service. If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, you may apply for a return and receive a full refund in accordance with the following rules:
- Return applications must be submitted within 7 days after receipt of the goods;
- Returned products must be kept in brand-new, unused condition with intact outer packaging and hang tags, and must be returned together with the return application form enclosed with the order. If you lose the form, please contact customer service to obtain an electronic version.
