Return & Exchange Policy
The Company warrants that products meeting the following conditions may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt (subject to the actual date of delivery to the customer):
- The product itself has quality defects;
- The product was damaged during transportation;
- The wrong item was delivered, the received product does not match the ordered one, and the product is in a condition that does not affect secondary sales.
Exceptions to the 7-Day No-Reason Return Policy
- Custom-made personalized products;
- Products that have been used (electronic products are deemed used once they have been powered on);
- Products with visible wear and tear on the main unit, functional components or accessories;
- Products whose original packaging is lost or severely damaged (excluding normal unpacking), which actually affects the secondary sales of the goods;
- Products that are unsuitable for return due to their inherent nature, and for which you confirmed the non-returnable condition at the time of purchase;
- Other situations where the product is damaged or impaired, affecting secondary sales.
How to Apply for Return & Exchange

Return & Exchange for Personal ReasonsWithin 7 days of receiving the product and provided that it does not affect secondary sales, send an email to the after-sales service center. The after-sales customer service team will process your request within 1–3 working days upon receiving the email. You shall bear the freight costs incurred for the return or exchange.

Return & Exchange for Quality ReasonsWithin 7 days of receiving the product, send an email to the dedicated after-sales service mailbox: service@mail.quirfly.com. The customer service team will process your application within 1–3 working days upon receiving the email. The Company shall bear the freight costs incurred for the return or exchange.

Notes on Return & RefundWithin 7 days of receiving the product, please contact the courier company directly to arrange the return. After the courier company receives the returned goods, they will notify us to handle the refund. The Company will complete the refund process within 15 working days.
